A donkey with a cart on Prayer Road, waiting for his masters to arrive.
Feral dog on the road. Getting anywhere near them is not a good idea, but at the same time they are not known to be aggressive and are afraid of people.
Settler driving by in his car. He began taking photos of us with his phone, so we responded. He told us later he is "concerned" about us.
We asked why, and he told us "you know, the Arabs".
I told him this is actually their country.
Giving us an angry look, he drive away.
One of the settlement buildings on Shuhada Street, as seen from Qurtuba School- a K-8 Palestinian school, to which ISMers and CPTers often escort children during the schoolyear because of settler and army harassment.
School playground.
Settler graffitti on one of the doors of the school, from many years ago.
Israeli military base on Shuhada Street.
Israeli Border Police officer speaks to an elderly Palestinian man.
On prayer road, like in Tel Rumeida, one can sometimes very easily tell who is Palestinian and who is Israeli. Palestinians are not allowed to drive cars.
