Here are some photos.
A Palestinian girl yells "hello" at Israeli Border Police on the other side of the fence, where she is not allowed to go.
Israeli soldiers listen to a lecture of some sort in the settlement.
Two Palestinian women stopped at a checkpoint. Their IDs were taken and scrutinized before being returned back to them.
The same two women stopped at a second checkpoint, by other Border Police officers who searched their bags.
They were stopped a third time at yet another checkpoint, close to the Ibrahimi Mosque. Their bags were searched yet again and they were questioned.
Yesterday, the Israeli Army built portable mini-homes on top of their base, from which soldiers can better see Palestinians below them.
The man in the blue shirt and jeans is a plainclothes Palestinian police officer. We witnessed him and another colleague checking a young man's ID.
Some Palestinians say these guys do a lot of good, since they focus on crime committed by some Palestinians against other Palestinians- crime that the Israeli military often turns a blind eye to.
Others say they collaborate with the Israeli government, and are a tool of the occupation.
Like all other Palestinians in H2, they are not allowed to carry guns.
A large group of Israeli soldiers file out of a bus. They are new soldiers coming to Hebron.
The new soldiers get to meet their best friends and the people they are there to serve, the settlers.
Going on a walk through the city they now will have the job of occupying.
